CONFERENCE ROOMS

The Auberge Cavalière has 8 meeting and break-out rooms suitable for your conferences, product launches and presentations, and study visits in the Camargue. The rooms all have natural lighting and can be equipped on request with cutting-edge audio-visual equipment.

We have renovated the entire resort (meeting rooms, bedrooms, restaurant etc.) to give your events an authentic and luxurious setting, a guarantee of success!

The Salle Plénière room can accommodate up to 130 participants and has a central position in the resort. However, if you want to really take in the Camargue landscape, we recommend the Cabanée room suitable for groups of twenty or so participants, on the edge of the marais.

Your days will be punctuated by the meals offered by our chef Frédérick Pelletier. His menus, custom-made using local and regional fare, will ravish your taste buds. He has been running the Pont des Bannes restaurant since 1st March 2016.

The Auberge Cavalière du Pont des Bannes has 8 rooms which can accommodate 20 to 130 persons. For a larger event you can use the Arènes, with a surface area of 1100 m² in the open air, for your dinners or team-building events.

  • The Salle Plénière room : up to 130 persons in theatre layout – 50 persons in U-shaped layout
  • The Salle Vitrines room: up to 35 persons in theatre layout – 25 persons in U-shaped layout
  • The Salle Arènes room : up to 40 persons in theatre layout – 25 persons in U-shaped layout
  • The Salle Cabanée room : up to 30 persons in theatre layout – 19 persons in U-shaped layout
  • The Arènes : open air  – 1100 m² – exceptional events

TEAM-BUILDING ACTIVITIES IN THE CAMARGUE

The Auberge Cavalière du Pont des Bannes is the location of choice for organizing team- building and sporting activities at Les Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer in the Camargue. Besides its facilities, the hotel offers the chance to discover nature on horseback, by carriage, by mountain bike or off-road vehicle, or to canoe down the Petit Rhône river. The manadiers (traditional bull-herds) will be pleased to welcome you into their manade and introduce you to the joys of bull-rearing. And why not lunch on the East beach, far away from it all, or dine amid the sounds of Flamenco music and a spectacular horse show?
